Press Roll For Paper Making Line
The roll shell of the press roll is made of stainless steel, and the thickness of the roll shell is determined by the required rigidity and strength. During high-speed papermaking, after the moisture in the felt and wet paper is sucked out, it passes through the eyelets of the press roll, and is thrown into disk saveall by the centrifugal force of the roll almost before reaching the vacuum chamber. The dehydration efficiency of the press roll is high.

2. The wet paper is separated from the felt quickly, and the moisture will not return to the felt and wet paper.
3. The roller groove is clean, not easy to block, and the accumulated water in the groove is easy to drain.
