Rewinder for Paper Mill
This rewinder is used to preliminarily roll paper rolls with a weight of 30-120 gsm on the paper machine for slitting, and rewind them into finished paper rolls with a width and tightness that meet the requirements. It can also be removed during the rewinding process. Paper with poor quality, glued and broken.
The working principle of the rewinder is as follows:
The roll of paper removed from the drum rewinder is placed on the paper stand, where it is controlled by a pneumatic brake and an air source control system. The paper web passes through the paper leading roll and the arc roll, where it is stretched, and then led from the threading roll to the slitting mechanism for cutting. After cutting, it is pressed by the support roll and, while the shaftless top core presses the paper core tube, and finally, the paper is wound onto the core tube. The core tube is rotated by the drive of two supporting rollers, which moves the entire paper sheet forward, rewinding it into several rolls of finished paper.
