Paper Rewinder For Kraft Paper Making Machine
This rewinder is used to slit the paper rolls initially rolled on the paper machine with a basis weight of 30-120 g/m2, and rewind them into finished paper rolls with a width and tightness that meet the requirements. During the rewinding process, it can also remove the paper of poor quality and glue the broken ends.
Maintenance requirements of Rewinder
(1) Clean the equipment regularly.
(2) Check the transmission parts such as reducer, bearings, and paper reel bottom roller at least once per shift, pay attention to whether their sound and temperature are normal, and pay attention to wear and tear, and do regular maintenance work.
(3) Check the upper circular knife edge once every shift and keep it sharp and intact. The bottom knife has ten edges. If the edge is worn during use, the upper circular knife can be shifted to align with another adjacent edge. The worn upper circular knife should be removed and replaced.
(4) Check each lubrication point regularly and add lubricating oil or grease regularly.
(5) The reducer should be replaced with oil after every 300-500 hours of operation. After that, the oil should be changed every six months or so depending on the oil contamination.
This machine has been installed at the factory and the accuracy of each component has met the requirements. In order to reduce the actual installation error of the user, the left and right frames should be installed separately as a whole. The frame, base plate, guide rail and other important parts cannot be disassembled and installed arbitrarily.
