Filter for Paper Mill

1. The discharge of the filtration mechanism has two effects on the formation of paper: uniform distribution and layer-by-layer deposition.

Because the discharge current always has a large flow on the path with low resistance, more movable fibers are brought to the place with low resistance, that is, the fiber deposition is thinner. This makes the accumulation layer tend to grow uniformly, which is the effect of uniform distribution.

Due to the drainage effect of the filtration mechanism, the fibers mainly in the monomer state are deposited layer by layer in the formation network, so that the interweaving and intercalation of the fibers in the deposition layer structure are relatively less, and the layers are more obvious. This is a layer of deposition.

2. Concentration occurs when the fibers are entangled with each other and the fibers are not easy to move. At this time, there is no clear boundary between the accumulation layer and the suspension, and the closer the concentration of the suspension, the greater the concentration of the suspension. Like the deposition layer, the fiber network in the suspension is gradually compressed as the concentration increases. The main mechanism of suspension discharge is filtration. However, the two emission mechanisms of filtration and concentration also exist at the same time. From the perspective of the concentration mechanism, these two emission mechanisms are only local and temporary.
