On July 31, 2024, Leizhan Machinery joined hands with Shanghai Cheli Paper Industry to jointly start a new journey of the Kraft Paper Project! We provided Shanghai Cheli Paper Industry with SZS1 Broken Pulper and supporting accessories, providing strong support for the efficient operation of its paper making line.
Main functions of SZS1 Broken Pulper
1. Crushing and stirring: SZS1 Broken Pulper effectively crushes and stirs the raw materials through the high-speed rotation of the internal rotor to make the pulp reach the ideal texture;
2. Screening and separation: The crushed pulp is screened and separated through the built-in screen of the equipment to ensure that there are no impurities and unbroken fibers in the pulp;
3. Adjusting the concentration: According to needs, SZS1 Broken Pulper can adjust the concentration of pulp to ensure that the final product meets customer needs.
In terms of specific parameters, the SZS1 broken pulper has a rotor diameter of 750 mm, a trough width of 2500-5000 mm, is suitable for 3-5% pulp concentration, a screen aperture of 10-24 mm, and a motor power of 45-160kw. These data ensure the high efficiency, stability and reliability of the equipment during the production process.
