M.C. Hydrapulper For Paper Processing Line
In general, the M.C. Hydrapulper is utilized to pulp wood pulp and other clean raw materials in order to manufacture premium tissue paper and cultural paper. Additionally, it is used to pulp paper with high wet strength, including broken paper, grease-proof paper, paper, pulp sheet, and reclaimed paper (waste paper).
Design Features of M.C. Hydrapulper
1. The M.C. Hydrapulper is equipped with an S-type rotor and allows for the adjustment of the gap between the rotor and sieve plate to ensure effective pulping.
2. Suitable for high-volume production, typically exceeding 10 cubic meters.
3. Achieves a pulp consistency of 5-8%.
4. The components in contact with the pulp are constructed from 304 stainless steel.
