Paper Making Felt for Paper Mill
In the actual production of paper, good felt should be used as much as possible. In addition to reasonable selection, normal washing and careful inspection before loading, the more likely faults in use should be reduced. This article mainly explains the deviation of felt.
Felt deviation:
1) The regulator that uses instrument automatic correction fails;
2) The palm touches the guide roller or the frame and an erroneous signal occurs, causing the corrector to malfunction;
3) The felt is loose on one side and tight on the other, and the standard line is seriously skewed, which is generally caused by the looseness of the tension roller on one side;
4) A guide roller of the felt loop is skewed;
5) One end of a guide roller is entangled with pulp or the edge of the felt is damaged and the roller is entangled more, causing inconsistent line speed;
6) The two pressing rollers in the pressure zone are not equal and the contact at both ends is inconsistent.
In actual production, it is very important to align the guide rollers and pressing rollers so that the rollers are parallel to each other, pay attention to the unilateral adjustment of the felt tension roller, and frequently check the felt corrector.
