This 150t/d high strength corrugated paper making project use LOCC as raw material, stock preparation machine starting from chain conveyor, it contains a complete set of pulping equipment such as pulping system, coarse screening system, fine screening system, high and low concentration cleaner system, approach flow system, tailings treatment system and slurry tank thruster.
Continuous pulping process: 25m³ D type hydrapulper, Grapple, Rope cutter, Drum screen
Coarse screening system: M.C. coarse pressure screen, Reject separator, Light impurity separator
Fine screening system: M.C. fine pressure screen
High and low concentration cleaner system: High density cleaner, Low density cleaner
Approach flow system: Headbox, Inflow pressure screen
